The drywall mud pump (or "joint compound pump" as some call it) is one of if not the most important components of utilizing automatic taping & finishing tools effectively. Although drywall mud pumps are typically very robust and resistant to damage, they are high-use tools that have the potential for wear due to both extreme use and improper storage and cleaning.
Now, repairs should be rarely needed as lab stress tests show that the seal and bushing assembly on the LEVEL5 mud pump can withstand well over 250,000 cycles without repair or replacement. If the pump does need repairs, we provide simple, everything-included maintenance kits and a support team ready to field your every question.
